The Manuscript Center Board of Directors

1. Prof. Ahmed Shawky Benbin (Morocco)

Present Director of the Hassaniyya Library (Royal Library) in Morocco. An eminent professor renowned for his studies in the world of manuscripts. Has published many books and specialized studies in French and Arabic.
 

2. Ekmelddin Ihsanoghlu (Turkey)

Director of the Institute for Heritage and History/Organization of the Islamic Conference - Istanbul. Well-known researcher in heritage and historical studies. Has published several studies, most important of which is the Ottoman History Encyclopedia (four volumes).
 

3. Prof. Radwan El-Sayyed (Lebanon)

Cultural Counselor of the Prime Minister of Lebanon. University Professor and Dean of the Islamic Studies Institute in Beirut.
 

4. Faisal Abd El-Salam Al-Hafian (Syria)

Program Coordinator at the Arab Manuscripts Institute (The Arab League) and well-known heritage researcher. Specialized in Arabic grammar with a PhD from Al-Azhar University. Worked at the Manuscript Institute as publishing supervisor, edited several publications of the Manuscript Center and organized numerous specialized conferences.
 

5. Hamed Taher (Egypt)

Vice President of Cairo University. Well-known poet and researcher in heritage. Published several specialized studies in Islamic thought, and poetry divans. Former Dean of Dar El-Ilum.
 

6. Mohamed Zaki El-Ashmawy (Egypt)

Well-known linguist. Awarded the Kuwait Institute Prize for Scientific Progress and the State Prize for Merit. Former Vice President of Alexandria University.
